Job summary

NBCUniversal's Universal Television Entertainment HR team is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support a diverse group of employees across Marketing who back NBC, NBC Sports, Peacock, and Bravo.

You will provide day-to-day HR administrative and operational support, handle employee inquiries, and partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, and Data Analytics to deliver timely solutions in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent work experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Transactional experience using HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for HR systems including SAP, Smart Recruiters, Click Boarding, TimeKeeper, and Sterling, ensuring accurate and efficient system administration.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle transactions, including job postings, onboarding, data changes, leaves, promotions, terminations, and offboarding.
• Initiate and manage HR requests, including compensation analyses, employment agreements, organizational changes, and other employee actions.
• Support cross-portfolio initiatives including merit planning, bonus planning, performance management, succession planning, and learning and development events.
• Own people analytics and generate meaningful metrics to tell a story with data for a 600+ employee organization.
