Job summary

NBCUniversal West Coast Studio Operations is seeking a collaborative HR Manager to partner with leadership and drive employee relations, performance, and development initiatives across a full-service studio footprint.

You will support corporate employees at the Assembly Studio site, provide regional ER and training support, and lead HR projects spanning onboarding, rewards, performance feedback, and workforce planning in a highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial/Labor Relations or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience; union experience a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting complex employee relations investigations.

Responsibilities

• Be a business partner with HR expertise for resolved employee relations issues across represented and non-represented staff.
• Deliver high-quality HR support with alignment across teams.
• Interpret and implement HR policies for all employee levels to support the business mission.
