Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager of Recruitment to lead a high-volume sourcing team for Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk. You will drive strategic hiring initiatives, improve candidate experience, and ensure timely fulfillment across operational roles.

You will partner with leaders to forecast staffing needs, optimize processes, and implement effective recruitment strategies in a hybrid work environment. A strong emphasis on data, metrics, and candidate quality is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency, and 4+ years people management experience.
• Knowledge of high-volume recruiting processes required.
• Proven experience managing a high performing team that hits recruitment targets.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational challenges and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of recruiters and coordinators responsible for high-volume hiring across Universal Studios Hollywood park and CityWalk.
• Establish clear performance expectations and coach for results.
• Partner with business leaders and Workforce Planning to align recruiting strategies with workforce needs.
• Analyze recruiting performance, workload distribution, and staffing trends to optimize resources.
