Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Labor, Employment, and Higher Education Associate for its Minneapolis, MN office to advise business clients on employment matters and represent them in employment litigation. The role requires 5–7 years of employment law experience, an active Minnesota law license, and strong writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities include litigation, policy drafting, depositions, hearings, and advising on employment policies.

Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• Active Minnesota law license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on employment matters.
• Represent clients in employment litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs.
• Prepare pleadings and legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in court hearings.
• Draft and review employment policies.
• Investigate complaints and advise clients.
