Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Of Counsel for its Minneapolis, MN office to defend and litigate a broad range of employer-side claims and to provide strategic advice to employers on labor law issues.

You will advise, counsel, and train employers, represent them in court, arbitration, and before agencies, and oversee complex matters including class/collective actions and workplace discrimination, harassment, and related litigation.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 9+ years of experience in employment litigation with first-chair experience.
• Current Bar admission in MN in good standing.
• Supervisory experience over associate and paralegal work.
• In-depth understanding of state and federal agency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies.
• Handle employment matters including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, and more.
• Class Action experience preferred but not required.
