Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Labor, Employment, and Higher Education Counsel to join the Minneapolis, MN office. The role involves advising business clients on employment matters and representing them in litigation.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in employment law, both in advisory and litigation capacities. The attorney will provide strategic advice, draft pleadings, handle depositions, and participate in hearings while upholding the highest professional

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in employment law.
• Active Minnesota law license in good standing.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Exceptional analytical and writing abilities.
• Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Desire to appear in court with confident oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on employment matters to business clients.
• Represent clients in employment litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs.
• Prepare pleadings and manage depositions.
• Participate in court hearings and draft policies.
• Investigate complaints and advise clients accordingly.
