Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in employment law, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD degree required; bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Provide employment law advice under state and federal law.
• Prepare and review employment-related documents.
• Support clients in HR, DEI, and compliance matters.
• Execute all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial.
• Monitor legislation and provide strategic advice.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Organize and monitor client files effectively.
