Job summary

BCG Attorney Search, a law firm in Baltimore, MD, seeks a Labor & Employment Associate to provide comprehensive employment law advice and support across HR and compliance areas while actively participating in litigation processes.

The successful candidate will handle state and federal matters, draft and review employment documents, and coordinate with attorneys and staff to advance client objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in employment law.
• Experience in client/employer advice and counseling preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in managing time and resources independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide employment law advice on state and federal matters.
• Prepare and review employment-related documents.
• Support clients in HR, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and compliance.
• Execute all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial.
• Monitor legislation and provide strategic advice.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Organize and monitor client files effectively.
