• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience in labor law, legal research, legal writing, and litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and provide accurate legal advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex legal concepts.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and legal projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

• Keeping abreast of changes in labor and employment law and advising clients accordingly.
• Collaborating with other attorneys in the firm on complex cases and legal projects.
