Job Responsibilities

1. Providing legal advice and representation to clients
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts
3. Conducting thorough legal research to support case proceedings and provide strategic advice
4. Representing clients in court, hearings, trials, depositions, and arbitration proceedings
5. Collaborating with our team of attorneys to develop legal strategies
6. Maintaining confidentiality and using discretion when managing sensitive information
7. Staying updated with current laws and regulations within your field of specialization

Qualifications

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
2. 3–5 years of experience as a Labor & Employment Attorney; public entity defense experience preferred
3. Licensed to practice law in the state
