Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California and good standing
• 2+ years of experience defending employers in labor and employment cases with extensive knowledge of employment cases, regulations, and court procedures
• Proven experience handling defense litigation cases independently

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
