About the Role

In this position, you will focus on high‑stakes employment litigation, taking on significant responsibility in complex wage and hour matters.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Litigating sophisticated California wage‑hour class actions and PAGA cases.
• Drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery requests.
• Drafting and arguing key motions to advance case strategies.
• Preparing witnesses for depositions, as well as taking and defending depositions.
• Managing multiple litigation matters simultaneously from inception through resolution in a fast‑paced setting.
• Partnering closely with experienced practitioners and clients to deliver top‑tier service and legal counsel.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience.
• Active California State bar license in good standing.
• JD from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials paired with excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• A proactive, self‑starting approach with a strong motivation to take initiative and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

• Prior labor and employment law experience is preferred; however, talented litigators from other practice areas with strong core skills and a demonstrated interest in employment law are highly encouraged to apply.
