LHH is assisting a growing New Jersey law firm in its search for a Labor & Employment Associate. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with the firm's founding partners and broader litigation team on a mix of employment litigation, counseling, workplace investigations, and related litigation matters for both public and private sector clients.

This role provides meaningful trial experience with second-chair opportunities, direct mentorship, and a hybrid schedule with one remote

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience required.
• Labor & Employment experience preferred; strong litigation background encouraged.
• NJ Bar admission is required.
• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with founding partners and the broader litigation team on employment litigation, counseling, workplace investigations, and related matters for public and private sector clients.
• Gain meaningful trial experience, with opportunities to second-chair trials and develop courtroom skills.
• Hybrid schedule with one remote day per week and flexibility when needed.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 years of litigation experience
• Labor & Employment experience preferred, but candidates with strong litigation backgrounds and an interest in employment law are encouraged to apply
• NJ Bar admission required
• JD from an accredited law school
