Job summary

LHH is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a mid-level to senior Labor & Employment Litigation Associate with 4–5 years of experience to join its growing practice in Memphis. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated employment litigation matters, work directly with clients, and take significant ownership of cases from inception through resolution.

Key responsibilities include managing all phases of litigation, drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and advising clients

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of labor & employment litigation experience.
• Experience handling discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and/or wrongful termination matters.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience taking depositions and managing discovery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and clients on case strategy and risk assessment

Qualifications

Required:

• 4–5 years of labor & employment litigation experience or a blend of L&E and other relevant sophisticated litigation experience
• Strong background in handling discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and/or wrongful termination matters
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience taking depositions and managing discovery
