• 4+ years of employment law experience with a strong emphasis on litigation.
• Experience defending employers in state and/or federal employment matters.
• Background handling substantive motion practice, depositions, and day-to-day case management.
• Active admission to a state bar or eligibility for admission in California.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in complex employment litigation matters involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and related workplace claims.
• Advise organizations on employment law compliance, risk management, employee relations issues, and workplace best practices.
• Conduct and manage workplace investigations, including matters involving senior executives and leadership teams.
• Handle litigation activities including motion practice, depositions, case strategy, discovery, and court proceedings.
• Support employment-related aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence, executive employment agreements, and separation arrangements.

Qualifications / Nice to Have

Must Have
