• 5+ years of labor and employment litigation experience.
• Experience handling discrimination, wrongful termination, wage-hour matters.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of employment litigation including discrimination and wage-hour disputes.
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation: discovery, motions, depositions, trial prep.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategic case planning and client counseling.
• Support class action and representative employment matters when applicable.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of employment litigation matters, including single-plaintiff claims, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on strategic case planning and client counseling.
• Support class action and representative employment matters when applicable.

Qualifications / Nice to Have

Must Have

• 5+ years of labor and employment litigation experience.
• Experience handling employment-related disputes, including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, or similar matters.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Experience drafting substantive motions, discovery, and other litigation filings.

Nice to Have

• Experience with class actions, collective actions, or PAGA matters.
• Prior experience representing employers in labor and employment litigation.
• Deposition, hearing, or trial preparation experience.
