Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a qualified employment litigation attorney to represent employers in sophisticated wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and PAGA matters in a fast-paced environment in San Francisco.

You will manage cases from inception to resolution, drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and formulating case strategy. Requirements include 4+ years of employment litigation experience, California Bar admission, and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Experience representing employers in labor and employment matters.
• Experience drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Experience preparing and arguing motions.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Active California Bar admission.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in employment litigation matters involving wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and related workplace disputes.
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery, preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, and handling case strategy.
• Prepare, oppose, and argue motions in state and federal court proceedings.
• Defend employers in California wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions.
• Work closely with attorneys and employers on litigation strategy, case management, and dispute resolution.
