Adams- in the South Bay seeks an Employment Litigation Associate to join its plaintiff-side team. The firm handles wage & hour, PAGA, and other employment matters with a mentorship-driven culture and direct access to leadership.

The role offers hands-on experience across all stages of litigation, collaboration with partners, and a supportive environment designed to develop substantial litigation skills within a strong local reputation. Hybrid in-office arrangement with parking available.

Qualifications

• 1–7 years of litigation experience (employment law strongly preferred).
• Experience with wage & hour or PAGA matters is highly desirable.
• Open to candidates from plaintiff or defense backgrounds.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Active admission to the California State Bar is required.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Participate in class action and PAGA litigation strategy.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams.
• Engage in client communication and case development.

Practice Focus

• ~90% Wage & Hour Class Actions / PAGA
• ~10% Individual Employment Matters(e.g., wrongful termination, FEHA claims)
• Additional exposure toconsumer class actions
