Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA‑accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 3–7 years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience with wage & hour, class actions, or complex employment disputes preferred.
• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of employment litigation matters, including wage & hour, class and collective actions, and discrimination claims.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy, client counseling, and high‑stakes litigation matters.
• Take on increasing responsibility and ownership of cases over time.

• Salary Range: Approximately $305,000 to $360,000, depending on experience and alignment
