Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a registered nurse to support patient-centered care in our Ohio facility. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities include holistic assessment, safety-focused care, SBAR communication, and active participation in discharge planning and education. A BSN within 5 years is preferred and Ohio licensure is required.

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio is required.
• BSN must be completed within 5 years of hire.
• BLS certification is required prior to patient contact.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic assessments of patients and plan individualized care.
• Communicate with physicians and team using SBAR.
• Maintain patient safety and coordinate care across the care team.
• Assist with discharge planning and referrals as needed.
