Qualifikationen

• RN must hold Ohio license and comply with ANA/Ohio Nurse Practice Act requirements.
• BLS certification is required prior to patient contact; ACLS required within 6 months for step-down/ICU areas.
• BSN must be completed within five years of hire; MSN/DNP not required but may support advancement.

• Respond to emergencies promptly, maintaining safety and infection control standards.
