The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team across hospital locations. The role emphasizes holistic assessment, careful planning, and collaborative care within the patient-and-family-centered model.

You will lead the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensure safety, and educate patients and families. Ohio licensure, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months are required; BSN within 5 years of hire is preferred for most positions.

Qualifikationen

• RN must hold Ohio nursing license; BLS certification required prior to patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months for step-down and ICU areas.
• BSN within 5 years of hire for most nurses; MSN/DNP not required but may supersede the BSN requirement.

• Assess patient holistically across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and education needs.
• Develop, coordinate, and revise multidisciplinary plan of care with measurable goals.
• Communicate the plan of care using SBAR and handoff processes.
• Lead ongoing, individualized education for patient and family; support transitions of care.
