Job summary

• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient/family education skills.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and plans care using the institution's model of care.
• Documents care in the electronic medical record accurately and timely.
• Collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate care.
