Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for Labor and Delivery in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with shifts 7pm–7:30am and every third weekend, plus a $25,000 sign-on bonus. The pay range is $36.00 to $55.80 per hour, with a new minimum $37.25 base starting October.

Qualifications

• Graduate nurse with Associate's degree or BSN.
• Current IL nursing license.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 18 months of Labor and Delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect health data to inform care plans.
• Coordinate patient care to ensure safe, timely interventions.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families and staff in person and in writing.
• Educate patients and families based on assessed needs.
• Participate in quality improvement activities to evaluate nursing practice.
