Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL seeks a full-time RN - Labor and Delivery for night shifts (7pm–7:30am) with every third weekend and holiday rotation. A $25,000 sign-on is offered, and base pay starts at $36.00–$55.80 hourly, with the October pay raise.

The role requires ADN or BSN, IL RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience. 36 hours/week with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Illinois nursing license.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are safe, timely and appropriate.
• Communicates clearly with patients and care teams in person, by phone and in writing.
• Instructs patient and family based on assessed learning needs.
• Participates in evaluating nursing practice via quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains knowledge of current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.
