Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and cultural domains.
• Develop and update the care and discharge plan.
• Deliver direct patient care and supervise the health care team as assigned.
• Document care, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
