Banner Health's Labor/Delivery unit in Tucson, AZ is seeking a part-time RN to provide comprehensive care for mothers and newborns in a 12-bed unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care nursing preferred.
• Pediatric/neonatal exposure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care.
• Implement and document care per physician orders.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient progress and adapt care.
• Provide patient and family education.
