Job summary

Banner Ocotillo Medical Center in Chandler, AZ is seeking a qualified RN for a full-time night shift in Women and Infant Services. The role covers labor and delivery, antepartum, postpartum, and cesarean circulation, with a 12-hour shift schedule from 6 PM to 6:30 AM.

You will participate in cross-training, maintain high-quality patient care, utilize a self-scheduling tool, and benefit from an 18% night differential plus weekend differentials. Prior L&D experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Experience in labor and delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, and discharge needs.
• Formulate and initiate a patient-centered plan of care.
• Implement plan of care with coordination and supervision.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust the plan as needed.
• Document assessments, plans and outcomes in the chart.
