Job summary

Banner Health's Labor and Delivery unit in Queen Creek, AZ seeks a dedicated RN to provide comprehensive, family-centered obstetric care in a Level II environment. You will work with a skilled team of OB nurses and support staff to care for both mothers and newborns in a high-quality, patient-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance or related state requirements are noted for Banner facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop a care plan in collaboration with the care team.
• Implement and coordinate nursing care, ensuring safety and quality.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and patient responses clearly in the chart.
• Communicate with physicians, patients and families to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
