Job summary

JGS – Leavitt Family Jewish Home in Springfield, MA is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to conduct psychosocial assessments and craft individualized care plans addressing residents' emotional and social needs. You will provide counseling, advocate for resident rights, and collaborate with a care team to ensure high-quality, person-centered services.

Qualified candidates hold a BSW or MSW, possess a MA Social Worker license (LSW), and have strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Social Work (BSW or MSW).
• Current, unencumbered MA Social Worker license (LSW).
• Experience in long-term care is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Qualifications for Success
