Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing program.
• Current RN license in the State of Kansas.
• BLS certification required (AHA/Red Cross accepted).
• BSN is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing services and staff in Labor & Delivery.
• Leads department meetings and participates in governance.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and accreditation standards.
• Coordinates patient care plans with obstetricians and nurses.
• Mentors staff to improve performance and maintain quality care.
• Manages scheduling, training, and performance assessments.
