Job summary

Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for night shift. This full-time position operates at 0.9 FTE, delivering professional nursing care to laboring patients in a busy hospital setting.

Minimum ADN required with Kansas RN licensure and BLS/CPR within 30 days. BSN preferred; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required. Competitive benefits and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• ADN required for RN licensure.
• Preferred BSN, previous L&D experience may be beneficial.
• Current RN license in Kansas or compact state is required.
• BLS/CPR within 30 days of hire or by end of orientation; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under physician supervision.
• Mentor and train new staff and students.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans within scope.
• Educate patients and families on care, medications and self-care.
