Job summary

Hutchinson Regional Medical Center is seeking a Seasonal Labor and Delivery RN for full-time night shifts. The role delivers professional nursing care, mentors staff, and collaborates with physicians to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Minimum ADN, Kansas RN licensure or compact state, and current BLS/CPR are required; BSN is preferred. The facility offers strong benefits and a supportive team environment within a teaching health system.

Qualifications

• ADN required and RN licensed in KS or compact state.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• BSN preferred and prior labor/delivery experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients under physician supervision.
• Mentor and train new staff and students.
• Evaluate patient needs and maintain comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients and families on care, medications, and self-care.
• Document accurately per policy and maintain PHI privacy.
