Job summary

Hutchinson Regional Medical Center is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for full-time night shift. The 0.9 FTE position involves providing professional nursing care, mentoring staff, and maintaining patient care plans within department guidelines.

The role requires an ADN (BSN preferred), active KS RN license, and current BLS/CPR. Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, NIHSS, AWHONN) may be required by policy. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license in Kansas or a compact state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or within 30 days of hire/orientation.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, NIHSS, AWHONN may be required per department policy.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients under physician direction.
• Mentors, develops and trains new staff and students.
• Maintain and implement comprehensive care plans within scope of practice.
