Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Bothell, WA is seeking a Labor Compliance Specialist to manage payroll documentation and compliance with state and federal wage laws. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulators to ensure accurate CPR processing and reporting.

Responsibilities include reviewing wage determinations, monitoring apprentices, and preparing reports for management. The role emphasizes data accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork with subcontractors and field staff.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or three years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of construction trades classifications and labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate processing, recording, and reporting of CPR in compliance with wage rates and labor agreements.
• Research, interpret, and enforce regulatory labor documentation and project labor agreements.
• Inform and monitor compliance documentation related to certified payroll reports of subcontractors.
• Onboard subcontractors to inform them of labor compliance obligations.
• Prepare compliance documents for orientation meetings.
