Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking an early-career Compliance Analyst to serve as the project compliance expert on a portfolio of government-funded construction projects. Based in San Francisco, CA, with occasional travel to other local job sites, you will work with a dedicated team to ensure adherence to wage laws, union/PLA requirements, and related compliance objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred, or similar relevant work experience.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Careful attention to detail and reliability of output.
• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with federal/state contracting, labor regulations, and FAR regulations a plus.

• Bilingual with Spanish language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws and union/PLA requirements.
• Generate, certify, and submit CPRs for Clark craft employees and subcontractors.
• Manage wage-related document collection and review for Clark and trade partners.
• Cross-check payroll submissions against project documents to ensure proper wage payment.
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership on process improvements and issue resolution.
• Assist with complex prevailing wage issues and investigations with third parties.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information.
• Support community economic opportunities through worker utilization and small business subcontracting.
• Resolve internal audit findings promptly.
• Manage project start-up and close-out for compliance.
• Travel to one or more local project sites.
