Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Labor Compliance Specialist in California to manage certified payroll records and enforce labor standards. You’ll work with clients, contractors, and the Dept. of Industrial Relations to ensure compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or three years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate processing, recording, and reporting of CPRs in compliance with California Prevailing Wage and Davis-Bacon Act.
• Research, interpret, and enforce labor regulatory documentation for project sites.
• Inform, monitor and review compliance documents related to certified payroll reports of subcontractors.
• Review wage determinations and monitor apprentice usage on projects.
• Prepare compliance documents for labor orientation meetings and bid meetings.
