Job summary

Ledgent is seeking a Labor & Compliance Specialist with construction industry experience to audit timecards and ensure payroll compliance on California construction projects. You will audit timecards for ~100 employees, coordinate with managers to resolve discrepancies, review prevailing wage classifications and fringe benefits, and prepare certified payroll reports.
