Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing construction and infrastructure organization to hire a Labor Compliance Specialist focused on California projects. You will own compliance efforts, work with project leadership, and help keep large-scale programs running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of labor compliance experience, strong knowledge of prevailing wage and certified payroll, and familiarity with CA DIR requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of labor compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of prevailing wage and certified payroll.
• Familiarity with California DIR requirements.
• Experience with LCPtracker or similar systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
