Key Responsibilities
- Provide general compliance support to construction projects requiring prevailing wage and other specific contracted labor requirements.
- Track and review certified payroll for internal self-performing labor and external subcontractors on projects.
- Evaluate public contracts (and private contracts with special requirements) for labor requirements (certified payroll, skilled labor, local hire, diversity, and other such labor-related requirements), and work with project teams and appropriate departments to ensure appropriate plan in place to monitor and report, as well as to ensure proper submissions to agencies.
- Complete periodic audits on projects to verify compliance.
- Participate in risk assessment on the Compliance Programs and communicate to project teams.
- Monitor and stay up to date of labor and compliance laws and regulations that might affect company policies and procedures.
- Participate in external party and government reviews, audits and inquiries, working in conjunction with necessary district teams.
- Other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour.
