Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks an experienced LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team development.

Strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership are required, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged. Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, maintaining compliance with licensure standards, and managing scheduling and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience; designing and/or overseeing behavior modification services.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in ABA topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
