Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and growth of the teams. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics as described in WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification.
