Job summary

Veolia LabWater Solutions in the United States seeks a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair laboratory water purification systems at customer sites across the territory.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, generate service reports, and train customers on proper operation, while collaborating with Support, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years field service installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, time management, and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, configure, and validate lab water purification systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and software updates.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues at customer sites.
• Submit service reports and documentation on time.
• Generate quotes for repairs and PM agreements.
• Travel within territory and participate in on-call rotation.
