Job summary

Veolia LabWater Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our North American field service team. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate laboratory water purification systems at customer sites across the territory.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting, and a customer-focused approach. You will work independently with support from Technical, Sales, and Customer Service to deliver timely, high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, Biomedical Technology, Mechanical Technology or related technical discipline; equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years field service experience installing, maintaining, and repairing technical equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with customers at all levels.
• Willingness to travel extensively; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, configure, and validate laboratory water purification systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, calibrations, and software updates.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment failures at customer sites.
• Provide accurate service reports and documentation.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional service.
