Job summary

Veolia in the United States is seeking a Field Service Representative in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to install, service, and troubleshoot water treatment systems at customer sites. You will perform on-site installation, conduct water testing, calibrate controllers, provide technical training, and maintain detailed service reports while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of instrumentation and electronics experience.
• Experience with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations.
• Obtain samples and perform water testing and enter data into Insight.
• Act as technical consultant, providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams.
• Calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve issues on-site or via remote support.
• Maintain detailed service reports, manage inventory, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
