Job summary

Osprey Life Sciences in Cambridge, MA seeks an experienced Business Analyst – Lab to Platform to translate research needs into requirements, configurations, and integrations for better lab operations and data quality.

You will partner with scientists and technology teams to map workflows across registration, sample management, ELNs, and instrument data capture, supporting Lab in the Loop initiatives and data lakehouse integration.

Qualifications

Proven BA with a track record delivering scientific application projects.
Experience supporting chemistry or biologics research environments.
Experience with ELN implementation and configuration.
Experience with entity registration, sample and inventory management, and instrument integration.
Strong requirements documentation and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Partner with scientists to document requirements and improve workflows.
Map workflows across entity registration, sample/inventory management, ELNs, and instruments.
Translate scientific needs into functional specifications and configurations.
Support automation initiatives and Lab in the Loop programs.
Define requirements for automated instrument data capture and ELN configurations.
Support data flow into the data lakehouse and ensure data quality.
