Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Life Science or equivalent.
• Experience with LIMS/ELN software.
• Experience leading external client workshops and documenting business needs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer requests and translate into functional requirements.
• Document business processes and workflows (as‑is/to‑be).
• Identify key success criteria and ensure they are tracked within the solution.
• Configure Sapio Platform workflows and, if needed, create wireframe mockups.
• Communicate technical material clearly and document it effectively.
• Perform root cause analysis and facilitate solution delivery.
• Collaborate with Sapio US team to establish scalable processes.
