Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years related production or distribution experience.
• Willingness to learn diagnostic equipment, troubleshooting, automation.
• Familiarity with Windows-based software and MS Office.
• Ability to operate in a structured, disciplined environment.
• Ability to stand/sit up to 12 hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the assigned area with Lab Technicians.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate daily tasks and guide workflow on the lab floor.
• Support issue resolution and promote safety and operational protocols.
• Provide production data and monitor key metrics for the area.
• Collaborate with management and other teams to minimize downtime.
• Calibrate equipment and logging of DST-related processes.
• Mentor associates and provide on-the-job training as needed.
