Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Production Technician to support the production department in meeting productivity and quality standards. The role involves leading operators, training technicians, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment.

You will analyze production trends with tools like Aries, DSS, Excel and Access, contribute to data management, and support engineering and field personnel on production data tasks. This is a full-time on-site position at our Ohio facility.

Responsibilities

• Resolves practical problems with limited standardization.
• Performs tasks per Master Task List.
• Provides training to technicians on plant operations.
• Promotes safe production environment and practices.
• Leads operators to ensure production integrity.
• Creates production graphs and analyzes trends using Aries, DSS, Excel and Access.
• Develops failure databases and assists in analysis.
• Supports data management and technical evaluation efforts.
