AdventHealth seeks a dedicated laboratory professional to support performance improvement activities, staff training, and coordination of student experiences. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within a hospital lab environment.

You will assist leadership with staffing, competency assessments, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to ensure departmental compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Exhibits technical skills and aptitudes related to laboratory specimen collections.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with patients, staff, and customers.

Responsabilités

• Participates in performance improvement activities and staff assessment.
• Coordinates clinical education experiences for students and supports training.
• Ensures workspaces are organized and properly supplied.
• Supports safety policies including PPE use and hazardous materials handling.
• Leads laboratory performance improvement activities and promotes teamwork.
